Directions
from Route 81 Exit # 170B
from Route 476 (PA Turnpike NorthEast Extension) Exit # 36
Both routes exit to Route 115 which merges with Route 309 North.
Continue north towards Dallas on Route 309 (also
called Cross Valley Express). Pioneer Ave is approx 8 miles from the Route
81 exit.
At the third traffic light after leaving the Cross Valley Express, Harris
Hill Rd will be on your right and Pioneer Ave. on your left..
Turn left onto Pioneer Ave and go 2 miles to Newberry - it will be on
your left.
You go through four stop signs on Pioneer Ave before you get to the Newberry
Entrance.

Estate thru the grounds and the golf course providing access to the five clusters,
the office and the recreation area are in the center of the complex.
