Newberry Estate is located in Dallas, Pennsylvania. It is approximately 8 miles north of Wilkes-Barre, 100 miles west of New York City and 100 miles north of Philadelphia.
The original rural setting of the 87 acre J. J. Newberry Estate has been retained by the presence of apple trees, green fairways, streams, ponds and lush woodlands.  Deer, ducks and other small wildlife make their home here.
There are 150 condominiums in five distinct clusters scattered around the country club.  They range in size from 560 sq ft studio units to three story townhouses over 3,000 sq ft.
The conveniences of condominium living are enhanced by the country club amenities available to the residents.  Country Club memberships are also available to non-residents who wish to take advantage of the heated pool, lighted tennis courts and the executive golf course.
